Individual Assistance

I will work with one of the individuals making up the separating couple. I would act as a thinking partner and sounding board for the individual, helping them to be credible, have command of their facts, can communicate what they want clearly, and are able to assess reasonable trade-offs during the conflict resolution process.  I also help them to expand their view about possible options and inform the individual to ensure that they can be a more effective participants in the discussions about their settlement process and final agreement.  Contact me if you are interested. The service is $125.00 per hour (Pay As You Go). Note that I am not a lawyer and I do not provide legal advice.  I also offer a referral list for Halton Professionals including: Family Law Lawyers, Mortgage specialists, Financial Investment Advisors, Personal Counsellors,and  Fitness Trainers.
