About Paul

​

I was educated at the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School.

​

I spent 15 years as a former Family Law Litigator and Negotiator resolving disputes between spouses in Ontario Family Courts.  I ended my law practice in 2014 due to serious illness and a brain cancer diagnosis. I have since recovered and have refocused my attention to providing mediation services for separating spouses. I am no longer a lawyer and do not provide legal advice.

I have trained with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario in Conflict Management

I am also an accomplished Theatre Director and Producer

My office is located at 1109 North Service Road East, Oakville, Ontario. I also meet with clients online when necessary.

Other than weekday appointments I offer a flexible meeting schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate my clients' availability. With pay-as-you-go mediation, you only pay for the mediation services that you use. There are no retainers or up-front financial commitments.
